1. Browse & Discover
Explore our range of gothic jewellery, clothing, accessories, beauty products, and home décor using the navigation menu at the top of the page. You can filter by category, price, or new arrivals to find exactly what you are looking for.
2. Placing an Order
- Find the product you want and select your size or variant where applicable.
- Click Add to Cart.
- When you are ready, click the cart icon and proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your shipping address and payment details to complete your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.
3. Sizing & Product Information
Size guides and detailed product descriptions are available on each product page. If you are unsure about sizing or have a question about a specific item, please contact our support team before placing your order.
4. Payment
We accept major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. You will be charged at the time your order is placed.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Estimated delivery time is 9–14 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 5:00 PM London time on a business day are processed the same day. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be in new, unused condition. A free return label is available for download. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Use our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment in real time.
