Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Only payment methods listed at checkout are accepted.
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Payment Security

All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. GlitterGoth does not store your full payment card details.

No Hidden Fees

The price shown at checkout is the total you will be charged for your order, including any applicable shipping costs. No additional billing charges will be applied without your knowledge.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of the return being received and inspected. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at support@glittergoth.co.uk before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly.
