At GlitterGoth, we want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition.
  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@glittergoth.co.uk or call +44 1422 202494 within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will send you a return label to download and print.
  4. Pack the item securely and post it to us.

Return Method & Costs

  • Return method: By mail.
  • Return label: A free return label is provided for you to download and print.
  • Return label cost: Free.
  • Restocking fee: None.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings and body jewellery) may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Please contact us if you are unsure before sending a return.
