Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at support@glittergoth.co.uk.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated total delivery time is 9–14 business days from the date your order is placed. This includes 1–2 business days of handling time and 8–12 business days in transit.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM London time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment on our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@glittergoth.co.uk before sending a return. We will provide you with a return label to download and print.
Are return labels free?
Yes. Return labels are provided free of charge.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are accepted subject to product availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned.
