This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on glittergoth.co.uk.
Order Processing
- Handling time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Fulfilment days: Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM London time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@glittergoth.co.uk.
Transit Times
- Transit time: 8–12 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping days: Monday to Friday.
- Estimated total delivery time: 9–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. GlitterGoth is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@glittergoth.co.uk or call +44 1422 202494. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
