Returns & Refunds

Here at GlitterGoth, we take customer satisfaction seriously. If you have made a purchase and no longer require an item, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can cancel your order promptly and return your money to you as quickly as possible.

Goods may be returned for any reason within seven working days of the purchase arriving with you. In accordance with the UK distance selling regulations, any UK customer is entitled to a "no questions" refund or exchange within seven days of receipt. This is on the condition that your purchase is returned in a fit condition for sale as new and with their original packaging (unsealed is acceptable, except in the case of pierced jewellery).

Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us you are returning the item and put a note in with parcel explaining how you would like us to proceed so as to avoid delays in dealing with your return.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery to return your items to ensure their safe arrival back at the GlitterGoth warehouse.

The cost of shipping the item back to Glittergoth falls to the consumer and will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival at the purchaser's address. However, the initial shipping paid for the item (where applicable) will be included in your refund. If exchanging an item, GlitterGoth will happily bear the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

Pierced Jewellery Returns

Please do not remove pierced jewellery from its tamper-proof packaging if you believe you may wish to return it. Any pierced jewellery returned with the sealed bag broken can not be guaranteed as "new" for hygiene reasons and therefore cannot be resold, meaning that GlitterGoth incurs a loss.

Although a refund may be issued in this case, GlitterGoth reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against the customer for breach of contract in accordance with the distance selling regulations.

Overseas Returns

IMPORTANT : Overseas customers returning goods from outside the EU - It is most important that the packaging containing the returned items are marked clearly as RETURNED GOODS, Failure to do this may cause customs charges to be applied to the returned consignment.

In this event, GlitterGoth may deduct the charge from any refund due.

Damaged Items

In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can promptly arrange a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Limitations of Liability

We will make every endeavour to deliver your order promptly, however we reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel your order for any reasonable cause.
